Substance misuse treatment can help you mend
what is broken. Recovery can be yours.

Fremont Counseling Service offers various levels of outpatient treatment using a mix of individual, group, and family counseling for teens, young adults, and adults who are experiencing addiction challenges and other problems related to substance misuse. The goal of substance misuse treatment is to help people develop and maintain sobriety in their recovery from addiction to alcohol or other drugs. It is common for people with substance misuse problems to also experience mental health related problems, and services may include treatment for those issues.

Substance misuse treatment services include:

Additional notes regarding substance misuse treatment policies:

  • If you have had an ASI completed within the last six months, you must bring a copy of this with you to the Open Access clinic of your choice.

  • If you have not had an ASI completed in the last six months OR you do not bring a current ASI with you to Open Access you MUST complete the ASI-MV prior to attending Open Access.

  • The ASI-MV costs $25. This is in addition to your per hour fee for the face-to-face interview with our clinical staff.

  • You can walk into our offices at any time to complete the ASI-MV (depending on computer/tablet availability). However, we recommend that you schedule an appointment to ensure that a computer/tablet is available to you when you arrive.

  • Substance misuse evaluations may take up to ten days to complete.

  • Substance misuse evaluations must be paid for in full before they will be released.
